David G. Jones, Client Services, Global Recruiting Manager. Diversity & Inclusion at GSTi, splits his time between the US and the UK. He is a British expat, professionally based in the Philadelphia area, with family back home in the UK. Joining the BABCPHL felt like a “natural move” for David—especially since many in his network had already recommended the organization. Always eager to expand his connections, he quickly found that membership “encouraged more networking” within the association’s expansive community. And it shows—David is often one of our members who is always making the most of each interaction.

When asked about memorable moments, David had plenty to share. However, when pressed to choose just one, he said, “meeting Paul Maguire from Littus in London at the LCCI event, who has since introduced me to a number of members and associates that have truly elevated my professional relationships in both the Philadelphia area and the UK.”

Transitioning into the international business community from a consulting and advisory background was, for David, both “easy and welcoming.” He believes the greatest value of being part of Philadelphia’s international business network lies in “the quality of the folks who make it all happen and the inviting nature of the members.”

And what advice does he have for prospective members? His message is simple: “Don’t wait, don’t second-guess, join the BABCPHL and enjoy being part of it with like-minded people.”
