As part of Philly Tech Week, the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Immigrant Affairs and Mayor’s Commission on African and Caribbean Immigrant Affairs are hosting an informational discussion and networking opportunity as a testament to the strength and unity of our local community, especially the power of our black immigrant diaspora.
