BritishAmerican Business, in partnership with Brandpie, is delighted to welcome you back to our Power of Purpose Series exploring the crosscutting idea of purpose in business.  Hiring purpose-driven talent is key to the future and success of your business. Having purpose at the center of your mission will drive your employee engagement, giving your team a sense of meaning and belonging. Employees increasingly expect companies they work for to have a positive impact on society and demonstrate that this approach is reflected in the company’s core values.

Join us to hear from a panel of leading executives from Galderma, Hearst Magazines and Mazars USA, who are responsible for the strategy behind people, culture and communications. Our panel will share their insights on how purpose helped them inspire, engage and give their people a sense of direction.

The Power of Purpose series showcases leaders who are making a mark by using purpose to energize their organizations and deliver sustainable growth.
