About
The Mentorship Program
The BABCPHL Mentorship Program is a global, relationship-driven initiative that connects high-potential students with experienced leaders across business, civic, nonprofit, and international networks. Through partnerships with colleges and universities—from Greater Philadelphia institutions to leading universities in the UK—the program gives nominated students access to meaningful mentorship, professional insight, and cross-border perspectives that help them explore career pathways, build confidence, and expand their networks. Through cohort meetings and one-on-one sessions with BABCPHL member mentors—global, multinational, executive-level professionals—students receive invaluable experience and practical skills that extend beyond the classroom. Participating institutions are invited to nominate students who would benefit from exposure to senior leaders and a broader view of how regional and global careers, partnerships, and leadership opportunities develop.
This initiative is currently in the planning and development stages and is expected to launch in 2027. Colleges and universities are invited to express their interest in becoming inaugural members and stakeholders in shaping this opportunity for their students.
