Event Recap – Back to School with BABCPHL Emerging Leaders Group

On September 30, 2026, the British American Business Council of Greater Philadelphia Emerging Leaders Group convened an intimate group of 35 internationally minded professionals with British connections at Bok Bar for our inaugural Back to School event.

Set against the Philadelphia skyline, the evening brought together undergraduate students, recent graduates, young professionals, and established leaders from across the city. Fittingly, guests made their way through the halls of the former Bok Vocational High School before heading up to the rooftop for an evening of drinks, conversation, and connections.

The setting brought the theme to life in a memorable way, while creating an easy opportunity for guests to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and exchange ideas across different stages of professional life. The evening also celebrated the schools and communities that have shaped our guests, both locally and internationally.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first Back to School a success, including our sponsor, Temple University’s Fox School of Business. We look forward to creating more opportunities for emerging professionals and established leaders to connect through the BABC.
