Accelerate: UserTesting the Market

For founders of start-ups and SME companies who are growing – or planning to grow – their transatlantic trade, our Accelerate Roundtables create a unique peer-led conversation around relevant case study remarks – At this roundtable we will hear from Louis Granger who heads up the Soultions Consulting team in EMEA for UserTesting and their rapid growth in the UK.

UserTesting is the leading provider of on-demand human insights. More than half of the world’s top 100 brands rely on the UserTesting Human Insight Platform to help them make customer-informed decisions at the speed business demands. Experience professionals across research, design, product, and marketing can confidently and quickly create the best experiences for their target audiences using real customer insight–helping to grow brand loyalty and revenue.

In 2020 UserTesting surpassed $100M ARR as more organisations recognise the importance of customer empathy as a business differentiator. UserTesting’s European headquarters, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, celebrated its one year anniversary in July 2020 after seeing an impressive 400 percent growth in its EMEA customer base. Additionally, in July UserTesting was pleased to announce the new international expansion in the Asia Pacific region and the company acquired Teston, a European provider of multilingual experience testing.

UserTesting helps scale an organisation’s understanding and empathy for customers through real human insight, which is imperative for businesses expanding to new markets across the globe.

This Roundtable Discussion is for founders and CEOs of SME companies who are accelerating or planning to accelerate transatlantic trade through acquisition.

Flexibility and The Future Of Work: Changes, Choices and Expectations – Will There Be a New Normal?

The pandemic has accelerated a seismic shift in the way the world works and the demand for flexibility. The world of work as we know it is changing dramatically, driven by technology, demographic shifts and the changing expectations of talent.  As the future of work evolves, companies must respond now to harness new technologies and effectively lead and engage the workforce of today and tomorrow.

BAB has gathered an expert panel to take a deeper look at how the office requirements are changing now and continue to evolve in the future.  We will take a deeper look at the developments in flexible space with Office Freedom and WeWork will share how they are adapting the physical space to keep up with demand.  Alongside the physical workspace, International SOS will help us understand vaccine policies and health solutions for the safe return to work and business travel; and we will hear about the big trends in human capital growth from Deloitte. The panel will be expertly moderated by Ogletree Deakins, one of the USA’s largest employment law firms.

2021 Virtual Transatlantic Business Awards

BritishAmerican Business’ Transatlantic Business Awards Dinner is the premier gala event of the transatlantic business calendar and regularly attracts an audience of more than 400 senior business and government executives from both sides of the Atlantic.

Each year, BritishAmerican Business uses the occasion to present prestigious Transatlantic Business Awards to the leaders of two major multinational companies for their leadership in transatlantic business, and Special Awards to other distinguished business leaders for their achievements in particular fields.

Due to the challenges presented by the global pandemic, we’re unable to gather as a transatlantic business community as was the tradition in years past. However, we believe it is essential to recognize the contributions our Honorees have made to their businesses, their industry, and the wider community. Therefore, these important awards will be presented in a virtual ceremony.

Our format this year will be modified to include a virtual fireside chat with the Honorees and the Awards Presentations as well as a series of virtual, intimate round-table discussions with the Honorees.
