As the world continues to confront the realities of injustice that BIPOC/BAME people face, allies have found ways to translate this frustration to reflection and action in their own spheres.

In the corporate world, it’s become even more evident that more needs to be done to even the playing field and create better leadership pathways for BIPOC/ BAME women of color.

This panel will examine the institutional obstacles that hinder the leadership progression for women of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, and explore how companies and business leaders can innovatively address these systemic issues, and develop more inclusive cultures to help encourage and elevate more diverse women to senior leadership roles.
