As we continue to slowly open up, many organizations are discovering that working remotely can be efficient and productive for some employees. With closed borders and limited ability to work at the office, Companies are finding solutions with remote workers, some of whom are working in other international jurisdictions. This program will highlight the special issues related to using workers abroad. Topics related to the application of local employment and tax laws, Company level taxation concerns, worker safety and other issues will be included in the discussion. Join William Wright, Chair of the International Employment Practice Group and Nan Sato, Special Counsel, for this timely discussion. There will be some time for questions.
