Brexit Decision

On June 23, 2016, the British voted for the UK to leave the European Union. While the outcome will lead to necessary adjustments, and transatlantic businesses may be uncertain as to the implications this vote will have on their activities in the UK and the US, the Prime Minister and the Governor of the Bank of England stated today that, with Britain’s strong economy, “there will be no initial change in the way our people can travel, in the way our goods can move, or the way our services can be sold.”
